We require demonstrated, hands on experience with heavy plant and equipment. Operators must be proficient in their machine category. Technicians must carry relevant qualifications and a track record in the field.
Our clients depend on their equipment being available, maintained and properly operated. We expect the same standard from our people. Consistent attendance, punctuality and follow-through are non-negotiable.
Every machine we operate is maintained to manufacturer safety standards. We expect our team to apply the same mindset — following procedures, reporting hazards and protecting themselves and those around them.
All candidates must hold Namibian citizenship or a valid Namibian work permit. We are a Namibian business committed to developing local skills and capacity in the heavy equipment sector.
A valid driver's licence of the relevant class is required for all operational positions. Operators must hold the appropriate certifications for their machine category in line with Namibian regulatory requirements.
We operate in team environments on active project sites. We look for people who communicate clearly, take ownership of their responsibilities and support the broader project team without being asked.
